About this Site
I completed my internship for the International Programs and Services (IPS) office, specifically working with International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS). My supervisor, Kaitlin Ritchie, is the assistant director of ISSS.
Throughout the semester, Kaitlin and I kept track of the work she wanted me to do by using a Google Doc. I was able to complete a number of projects for Kaitlin, and have decided to share the most significant of those on this site. To review all of the work that Kaitlin asked me to do, please view the Google Doc embedded on this page. Please note: as I am finishing up my internship hours for the semester, there will be items that have not been completed. These will be completed by semester's end.
I have arranged this site in what I consider to be a logical progression of topics contained on separate pages, each numbered to indicate the order in which I suggest they be read. The first several pages contain information about my internship, including the learning contract I created to guide my experience, the journal articles I wrote each week, and finally my reflections on the semester I spent with IPS. The next collection of pages contains highlights from my work, representing the biggest projects I completed. Please visit page II: Learning Contract next.
